Ms. Judith L. Lippitt, formerly Mrs. J. Ruggles, 73, of Dell Rapids passed away Sunday, May 24, 2009 at Brookings Health System Hospital following several years of illness and physical disability, having fought a good fight!.
Judith was born in Kansas City, MO. October 24, 1935.
Judith is survived by her former spouse; three adult children; and a daughter-in-law.
A private Celebration of Life will be held.
