Hazel L. Daws, 89, of Sioux Falls passed away Sunday, August 1, 2010.
Graveside services will begin at 2:00 PM Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at the Dell Rapids Cemetery with Pastor Kathy Hartgraves officiating.
Hazel was born April 1, 1921 in Cresco, Iowa to parents Edward and Mae (Schaefer) Dotzler. She was one of 17 children.
Grateful for having shared her life are her daughter, Gayle Mesch (Bud), Garretson; son, Rob Daws, Brookings; grandchildren, Kim Klingenberg (Arlen); Tim Thompson (Kelly); Kristi Rempe; Gennifer Randolph (Daryl) and Travis Daws; 13 great-grandchildren; 1great-great-grandchild; 1 brother and 2 sisters in the Cresco, Iowa area.
Hazel was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Daws; sons, Ralph Robert and William and daughters, Rita “Sam” and Doris.
