Duane Orville Drewes

Duane Orville Drewes, 79, of Colton died Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at the Royal C. Johnson Veterans Hospital in Sioux Falls.

Private family services will be held.

Duane was born December 10, 1935 at Colman, South Dakota to parents Carl and Rosa Drewes. He married Marilyn Hansman in 1989 in Canton, South Dakota. They lived in Parker until moving to Colton in 2005.

Grateful for having shared his life are his wife, Marilyn, Colton; a son Carl Drewes, Vermillion; step son Jeff De Boer, Tea; step daughter, Julie (Jerry) Nelson, Volga; brother, Lloyd (Janice) Drewes, Sioux Falls; and a sister, Lois Dufloth, Elk River, Minnesota.
