Growing up, Ginny’s family lived in the Alcester, Geddes and Garretson, South Dakota, communities. She was baptized at Nathanael Lutheran Church, Alcester, South Dakota and confirmed at Zion Lutheran Church, Garretson, South Dakota, where she was also an active member of Luther League. Ginny attended country school at Fairview District 101 and graduated from Garretson High School in 1967. She always had fond memories of her high school friends and her music activities in high school. Ginny was an active member of the Yohoma 4-H Club and proved to be an accomplished 4-Her at club, county, state and national levels. In 1971, Ginny graduated from South Dakota State University with a B.S. Degree in Home Economics Education. After teaching in Dell Rapids High School and Vermillion High School, Ginny turned her talents to the business world. She relocated in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and was employed by The Creamettes Company and Stewart Sandwiches. Next she became a pharmaceutical sales representative for Pioneer Viego, having always been attracted to the hospital setting, going back to her high school era as a Candy Striper at Sioux Valley Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD. Ginny then formed and successfully headed MedServ Inc., a medical supply distribution company for over 25 years.Ginny loved to travel and enjoyed several trips with her mom, Vi Biddle, as well as trips with Adventure Women, where she met and formed friendships with other women with her sense of adventure and spirit. Another love was for dogs. She had owned and given love to four: Snoopy, Snoopy II, Rex and Buddy. Ginny liked to “dig in the dirt” and took great joy in plants and flowers. She had a generous heart, a special love for her three nieces and one nephew, whom she called her “four diamonds,” a child-like spirit of fun and wonderment and a love of music. Ginny is survived by three siblings: Verla Biddle, Sioux Falls, Glenda (Arnie) Jonson, Hutchinson, MN, Gary (Hannele) Biddle, Charlotte, NC; three nieces: Lisa (Kevin) Langton, Mankato, MN, Jessica, Fort Mill, SC, Karen (Henry) Roserio, Charlotte, NC; one nephew: Eric (Kelly) Bunde, Mankato, MN; six great-nieces and great-nephews.
