Angela Dawn DeJong, 35, of Sioux Falls passed away unexpectedly March 29, 2013.
Funeral services will begin at 1:00 PM Friday, April 5, 2013 at First Lutheran Church in Colton, SD. Burial of her ashes will be in Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Colton at a later date.
Visitation with the family present will begin at 11:00 AM Friday at the church.
Angela, daughter of Marcella (Minnick) and Harvey DeJong, was born June 24, 1977 at Huron, SD. She lived with her family in White, New Effington, Rosholt and Selby, graduating with the Selby Area Class of 1995. Angela then attended college in Madison and received an associate degree from Dakota State College in 1999. After graduation she moved to Sioux Falls and was employed at CitiBank until her death. Angela and her best friend, Marc, were always working on their computers and could solve almost any problem that occurred with them. They enjoyed life every day.
Angela is survived by her parents, Harvey and Marcella, Sioux Falls; brother, Travis and his wife Kristi, Harrisburg; nephew, Brett, Harrisburg; two nieces, Amber and Kailey, Harrisburg; best friend, Marc Sundermeyer, Montrose; and many other relatives and friends.
Angela was preceded in death by all of her grandparents and brother, Stacey.
