To the boys in Darla's life: You meant the world to her. I worked with Darla at McKennan in the lab and had many lunch breaks with her. Every day she would tell us stories about all of you. She talked about your baseball, football, basketball, Y-ball, 4-H, cattle shows as well as your acedemics and time at the state fair and cabin. She was quite the story-teller and kept us in stitches daily. Darla was very dear to me. I admired her strength and tell it like it is attitude. We will never forget Darla. Our prayers go out to you, Tom and boys.

My deepest sympathy to Tom and boys. I worked with Darla and she was an incredible lady. She was intelligent, strong, spunky, and extremely soft and compassionate. She will be sorely missed. I was blessed to have known her. Pat

Tom, Austin, Alex, Derek, Tanner...your family is so awesome and so strong. I know this is the hardest thing in the world and there is nothing we can say today to ease the pain you are feeling. I pray that GOD is wrapping His amazing arms around your family right now and holding you tight. The Teels

Dear family of Darla, I am sorry for the tragic loss of this young woman who had so much of her life yet to live. Death is such an enemy and is no respecter of age. Experiencing such a loss,,we may wonder why? or if their is anything to look forward to? Jesus well knew the Bible statement:" Time and unforeseen occurrence befall them all"[Ecclesiastes 9:11]. He knew that sometimes bad things just happen. The wonderful future resurrection hope is the promise found at John 5:28,29. Revelation 21:3,4 states that in the future ' death will be no more. and pain will be no more, the former things will have passed away.' Our Creator, Jehovah God, by means of his son Jesus, is going to undo the tragedies that touch our lives today and we will be able to welcome back onto the paradise earth, our loved ones who have fallen asleep in death most sincerely dianne mullins

Darla was an exceptional individual. She was a loving mother and wonderful to work with. Her spunk, intelligence and grit were inspirational. I loved working with her and will miss her greatly. My prayers are with Tom and the boys. They were the light of her life.
